PRIVACY AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") describes how the personal information of users ("Users") of the Finans Takipi web and mobile application ("Application") is collected, used, shared and protected. This Agreement describes our commitment to protecting the privacy of the information you provide using the Application.

2. Information Collected

2.1 Registration Information
- Name and surname
- Email address
2.2 Usage Information
- IP address and login dates
- Cash transactions, bank account transactions, credit card transactions and credit transactions entered during the use of the application (does not contain personal information, but if the user adds personal information, the accuracy and security of this information is the responsibility of the user)
2.3 Analytics and Application Performance Data
To improve our application quality and enhance user experience, the following analytics data is collected (with user consent):
- Event Data: Actions you perform within the application (e.g., button clicks, form submissions)
- Screen Views: Which screens you use and for how long
- Session Information: When you open and close the app, session durations
- Error Logs: Type of application errors, occurrence time and screen (excluding sensitive information)
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language preference, timezone
- Performance Metrics: Application response times and performance indicators
Important Note: Analytics data is completely anonymous and for statistical purposes only. Your financial transactions (balances, amounts, account numbers) are never recorded in the analytics system.

- Performing analysis regarding application usage

5. Information Storage and Security

5.1 Data Storage Period
- Personal information is stored for as long as necessary for the provision of the service or for the period required to comply with legal obligations.
- Analytics Data: Detailed analytics records (events, screen views, error logs) are stored for 90 days. After 90 days, these detailed records are automatically deleted.
- Summary Statistics: Anonymized and aggregated analytics data (such as daily user count, most used features) may be stored indefinitely as it does not contain personal data.
5.2 Data Security Measures
- Personal information is stored encrypted in the database.
- The application takes technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

6. Information Sharing

6.1 Legal Obligations
- Information may be shared in accordance with legal requests, court decisions or requests from regulatory authorities.
6.2 Third-Party Sharing
- Analytics data is not shared with any third parties. All data is processed and stored on our own servers.
- We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

- The Application may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance and personalize the user experience. Cookies allow users to be identified and certain settings to be remembered as they navigate the Application.

- Session cookies: Cookies that are active for as long as you use the Application
- Persistent cookies: Cookies that remain on your device even after you close your browser
7.2 Cookie Management
- Users can reject cookies by changing their browser settings, but in this case they may not be able to benefit from some features of the Application.

8. User Rights

- Users have the right to access and correct their personal information.
8.2 Erasure and Portability
- Users may request the deletion of their personal information.
- Users may request that their personal information be transmitted to them or to another data controller in a portable format.
8.3 Objection to Processing

8.5 Managing Analytics Preferences
IMPORTANT: When you register to our application, analytics features are enabled by default. This helps us make the app better for you. However, you can turn it off anytime you want!

Users have full control over analytics data collection:
- Mobile App: You can enable/disable analytics features from Settings > Analytics Settings menu at any time
- Preference Options:
  • General Analytics (enable/disable all analytics features)
  • Screen Tracking (which screens you use)
  • Error Reporting (logging application errors)
  • Usage Analysis (button clicks, form submissions)
- If you completely disable analytics, no data will be collected and the app continues to work normally
- You can request deletion of your existing data (info@finanstakibi.com)
- Your preferences are applied immediately and synchronized with our backend system

9. International Data Transfers

- Personal information may be transferred and stored internationally for the purpose of providing services. The Company takes the necessary measures to protect the privacy of users in these transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

- The App is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If parents or guardians become aware that their children have provided personal information, they should contact us. When we discover such information, we will delete it from our systems.

11. Changes and Updates

- The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be notified to the User through the App or via email. Users are advised to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of any changes.
